No vibration on my iPhone?
Check the Haptics toggle is on in the app, that your phone isn't in Low Power Mode, and that System Haptics is enabled under Settings › Sounds & Haptics.
No vibration in the browser?
iPhone Safari doesn't support web vibration at all — an Apple limitation, not a bug. Android Chrome does. For real haptics on iPhone, use the app.
No sound?
Check the Sound toggle and your ringer switch. Browsers also need one tap on the page before audio can start.
What does the app cost?
Seven days free with no card required, then £4.99 a month or £19.99 once to unlock forever. No adverts and no account either way. The six browser fidgets stay free permanently.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel under Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple is the seller. If that doesn't work out, email us.
